1. Introduction & Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Enyimba Global Solutions Canada Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), a registered Canadian business operating in Ontario, Canada.

By accessing our website, submitting an application, booking a consultation, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

2. Our Services

Enyimba Global Solutions Canada Inc. provides the following services:

• Employment Placement & Recruitment: Connecting job seekers with employers in healthcare, construction, agriculture, general labour, and skilled trades.

• Local & International Recruitment: Assisting both Canadian residents and internationally-based individuals in exploring employment opportunities in Canada.

• Immigration Support Guidance: Providing general, non-legal information about Canadian immigration pathways. We are not licensed immigration consultants or lawyers.

• General Contracting & Staffing: Supplying skilled and general labour to contractors and project sites.

• Virtual Services: Remote administrative, data entry, and support staffing solutions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Not Legal or Immigration Advice

IMPORTANT: Enyimba Global Solutions Canada Inc. is NOT a licensed immigration consultant, immigration lawyer, or legal advisor.

Any immigration-related information we provide is general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. For legal immigration advice, you must consult a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or a licensed immigration lawyer.

We are not responsible for any decisions made based on general information provided by our team. Immigration laws and policies change frequently — always verify information with official government sources such as Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) at www.canada.ca.

4. No Guarantees of Employment or Immigration

We do not guarantee:

• That you will receive a job offer as a result of our services.

• That any visa, work permit, or immigration application will be approved.

• That any employer will hire you.

• Any specific timeline for placement or results.

Employment outcomes depend on many factors including your qualifications, employer requirements, market conditions, and government decisions — all of which are outside our control.

We will always be honest with you about what we can and cannot do. If we cannot help you, we will tell you clearly.

5. Fees and Payments

Some of our services may involve fees. Where fees apply, we will clearly communicate the amount, what it covers, and the payment terms before you commit.

In compliance with Ontario's Employment Standards Act, 2000 (ESA):

• We do not charge job seekers fees for job placement services where prohibited by law.

• Any fees charged are for legitimate administrative, consulting, or support services — not for the act of placing you in a job.

We do not request large upfront payments. If anyone claiming to represent Enyimba Global Solutions asks for large sums of money upfront with no clear service agreement, please contact us immediately to verify.

All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

6. Your Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about yourself, your qualifications, and your immigration status.

• Not misrepresent your credentials, work experience, or eligibility to work in Canada.

• Notify us promptly if any information you have provided changes.

• Use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

• Not attempt to access, copy, or misuse any part of our website or systems.

Providing false information may result in immediate termination of our services and may have legal consequences under Canadian law.

7. Employer Responsibilities

If you are an employer using our recruitment or staffing services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and working conditions.

• Comply with all applicable Ontario and Canadian employment laws, including the Employment Standards Act, 2000, the Ontario Human Rights Code, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

• Not discriminate against candidates on the basis of race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, family status, or disability.

• Treat all referred candidates with dignity and respect.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any employer who violates these responsibilities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Enyimba Global Solutions Canada Inc. and is protected by Canadian copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

You may share links to our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Any actions taken by employers, government agencies, or third parties.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Anti-Fraud & Scam Warning

We are aware that fraudulent individuals sometimes impersonate legitimate agencies to scam job seekers and immigrants. Please be aware:

• We will never ask you to send money via wire transfer, cryptocurrency, or gift cards.

• We will never guarantee a job or visa in exchange for payment.

• All official communications come from our verified email: [email protected]

If you receive any suspicious communication claiming to be from us, do not send money and contact us immediately to verify.

Fraud targeting immigrants is a serious issue in Canada. You can also report suspected fraud to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at www.antifraudcentre.ca.

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services to you at any time if:

• You provide false or misleading information.

• You use our services for unlawful purposes.

• You engage in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour toward our team.

You may also stop using our services at any time. If you wish to have your personal information deleted, please contact us as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
